Reclaim your life through therapy.
Have you been searching for Peace, Reconciliation, a path towards Forgiveness?
Beginning your journey to gain insight into your life and healing through counseling is a very important step in your process.
Together, through the work done in therapy, we can unmask negativity and the lies hidden in your past, and determine how to frame your future.
As you begin to examine your life and begin reclaiming it, therapy will help you uproot feelings of anxiety, attachment issues, depression, disconnection, isolation, rejection, self-doubt, lack of self-confidence, self-worth, and trauma, among any other untruths you frequently revisit.
Enjoy the quality of life you deserve.
Are you ready for the life you deserve? Today, you are one step closer to a healthier you – a step toward feeling empowered to grow and restore your sense of well-being.
The goal of Serene Counseling is to help you uncover your true potential for leading a life worth celebrating.
While you can’t change the difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. You will learn coping strategies and techniques to carry with you as you navigate the unsteady waters of life.
The Serene process will help discover long-standing behavior patterns and negative perceptions that may have held you back from experiencing a more fulfilling, meaningful life of purpose.
Everyone deserves a chance to live free of despair and full of joy and hope.
Trust is a gift.
Earning your trust is a process in itself. I don’t take it for granted that trust takes time to build.
I offer a safe virtual space for my clients to be vulnerable, express any negative feelings, and share their experiences in a nonjudgmental environment.
Safety is often achieved by my genuine active listening and ability to share empathy and compassion for your experience.
Is Self-Care Selfish?
No, it’s an investment in yourself. Often, we don’t see a problem with investing in the things we deem necessary to function in society. Sometimes, we prioritize the very same needs we have for ourselves to ensure children receive what they need.
It is common for others to make us feel as if prioritizing and investing in ourselves is wrong.
Stability in your Mental Health is just as vital to your life as getting the proper amount of sleep, having a roof over your head, food and water to consume, and seeing a doctor. We invest in what we view as valuable.
I continue to do my part to remove the stigma from mental wellness so that everyone can understand the significant part their mental health plays in the value of their daily lives.
Serving you is my goal.
I help women who carry the weight of childhood or adult trauma and feel disconnected, exhausted, or burdened by rejection, abandonment, betrayal, or other painful experiences.
Using Internal Family Systems, integrative trauma therapy, and my advanced training in Traumatology, I guide clients as they process what they have lived through and reduce its impact on their daily lives.
Through our work, they find relief from anxiety, self-doubt, attachment struggles, and emotional overwhelm while building healthy boundaries and stronger coping skills.
Rooted in research-based therapy and, when desired, supported by faith-centered principles, my work helps women reclaim courage, peace, and hope so they can move forward with confidence and create healthier relationships in every area of life.
Your experience is meaningful.
As you journey through the Serene process with me, your story will serve as the blueprint for the work being done. Much of your unique experience will be shaped by how you move through the process.
Coping skills, strategies, encouragement, and hope will often be embraced in your day-to-day activities. You will be better equipped to engage with your world with an intentional approach towards a positive future.
If you’re looking for support and guidance and are ready to move in a new direction in your life – I’m ready to help you.

Promoting positive change is the goal.
I want to instill courage, hope, peace, and motivation for positive change in my clients’ lives. Helping women gain strength by recognizing their value and self-worth, while building confidence in their self-esteem, is truly a joy for me.
Much of my work is grounded in my Christian beliefs. Those values, along with many research-based therapies, provide clients with guidance toward discovering the best version of themselves.
The driving force behind what I do is the passion to help my women gain the strength and courage to rebuild their lives.
My therapeutic purpose is to help you develop positive coping skills and tools to foster healthy relationships, identify boundaries, and bring restoration to individuals, marriages, and families.
